Appointments & Structure
At ACC, your first appointment is 90 minutes. This initial session is meant to help me get to know you and what you’re experiencing, clarify what you hope to gain from therapy, and explore how we can work together in a way that best supports you on your journey. After that, sessions are typically 45 minutes, though we can adjust the length as needed based on availability, preferences, and your needs

Fees
Fees (as of September 2025):
-
Initial Appointment (90 minutes): $300
-
Subsequent Sessions (45 minutes): $150
Insurance
To remain focused on your care and to help protect your privacy, ACC does not participate in any insurance plans. This also includes Medicare or Medicaid. If you have out-of-network insurance mental health coverage, you may be able to submit your own claims to help offset the cost of services. Details about the “self-claim” option are provided below.

Patients pay for services in four ways: Self-pay, Self-claim, Sponsorship, and Grant.
Self Pay
At ACC, I accept cash, check or bank cards, such as credit, debit and HSA.

Self Claim
ACC is not in-network with any insurance plans, but I'd like to help make therapy more affordable if your insurance is willing to help. I can provide superbills, which include the information your insurer typically needs to reimburse you for out-of-network care.
Please note: insurance companies may have specific requirements (forms or preferred submission methods).
Workflow:
-
Pay at the time of service.
-
After payment is posted, I generate your requested superbill and deliver it through your Patient Portal for you to print or download.
If you have any questions or run into issues, please let me know.
Sponsorship
In some cases, family, friends, businesses, or church-related organizations may be able to cover part or all of the fees for your services. If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to ask—there may be financial assistance options available to help support you as you engage this life-giving work.

Grants
For those who need additional support, I’ve established a Grant Program. This program is application-based. If approved, the grant is applied each session to reduce the standard fee, and you pay the remaining balance.
For example, if the standard session fee is $150 and you’re approved for a $75 per-session grant, you would pay $75 ($150 − $75 = $75).
Grants are limited in availability, so applicants will need to complete a brief application and provide verification of family size and current income.
Please contact me if you have questions or would like to apply—I'd be happy to help you through the process.
